Upland Optics Perception HD 20-60x60mm Spotting Scope Review
The Uplands Optics Perception 20-60x60mm is truly a spotting scope to behold.
Don’t be too surprised when you find yourself in love with this scope.
It caught my interest the moment I lay my eyes on it and when I took it for a test drive, I was hooked.
The design, color, and features are truly amazing. In a nutshell, let me break it down to you what to expect with this scope.
Firstly, the scope spots superior optics that deliver exceptionally bright and clear images. The BaK-4 prisms and the extra-low dispersion glass combined with multicoated lenses offer you the ultimate viewing experience.
Don’t expect to see any color fringing when looking through this spotting scope, the ED glass ensures that the images, no matter how far they are, appear clear, sharp, and bright.
Another great thing about this spotting scope is that it is built to withstand extreme conditions and to last long. I am not saying that it is impervious to damage, but with good care, you can use this scope for years to come.
Another amazing feature is the objective lens. This scope sports a 60mm objective lens. And with such a big lens, keep track of a moving target should be as easy as pie. But a big lens also means that the scope is big and heavy.
You cannot use this spotting scope without a tripod particularly if your hunting expedition is going to take hours. To some hunters, this might seem like a huge disadvantage. But once you see what it can do in the field, the size and weight might seem trivial.
